Filip Jonker is an artist making recognizable objects out of surprising materials. But that’s not all.
Jonker is more than just an artist making striking art works because of his refreshing choice of materials. He leads the way by continuously going in search of adventure and not being afraid to approach objects or situations from a completely crazy or unusual perspective.
Last year, Jonker started building a tugboat out of honeycomb-cardboard and crossed the Channel, being the first boat made out of cardboard to do so. He is convinced that acting out of the common will inspire you to come up with refreshing and changing ideas.
